Return and Refund Policy
Because Masters of ABA sells digital products, printable resources, and downloadable materials, all sales are final once the product has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed.
Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after delivery because they are immediately available for use.
We may issue a refund or replacement only in limited situations, such as:
- You received the wrong file.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting.
- A technical issue caused by our store prevents you from receiving the product.
Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart and order details before completing checkout.
We do not offer refunds because a customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, purchased the wrong item, did not read the product description, or expected a different format after the product was delivered.
To request help with an order issue, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.
All products are for personal, educational, or professional use only, depending on the license stated in the product listing. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded to other platforms, or claimed as your own.
Masters of ABA reserves the right to review refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
